This was the last picture I took during the photo session. It wasn’t planned but when I saw him straightening the flag and being so respectful and careful with it, I knew I wanted this shot. It immediately pulled at my heart strings. 

How do you start your morning?  I start mine with a wonderful, soothing cup of coffee (and sometimes my camera).
